Our mentors walk alongside defendants, guiding them on how to dress appropriately, communicate respectfully, maintain proper grooming, and, at times, physically accompany them to court—helping them show up prepared, confident, and accountable.

Our mentors conduct scheduled and occasional unannounced visits to defendants at home and in the workplace to ensure compliance with probation and house-arrest guidelines.

Our mentors maintain ongoing communication with probation and parole officers, working collaboratively to address needs, share updates, and support compliance and successful outcomes.

Our mentors communicate with the presiding judge as appropriate to seek guidance, clarify expectations, and support the defendant’s adherence to court-ordered requirements.
